What You’ll Do

Call, text, video message and email contractors who have downloaded or engaged with our content such as a free guide or our book: “Excavation & Septic Leads – How to Turn Total Strangers Into Ready-to-Buy Clients.”

Build rapport, uncover pain points, and qualify prospects using our script.

Confidently transition them into booking a call with our senior specialist.

Log all conversations in our CRM.

Hit weekly quotas for qualified appointments booked.

Work closely with leadership on roleplays and skill development.

What We’re Looking For:

-Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales development

-A clear, confident communicator with a professional phone presence and appearance.

-It's a fully remote position that we treat as an in office position.

-Self-disciplined and able to hit daily outreach targets without being micromanaged.

-Resilient—comfortable hearing “no” and staying positive.

-Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service is a plus (but not required if you’re hungry and coachable).

Must have fast, reliable internet, a quiet home setup, and a computer with microphone and webcam.

-Able to quickly communicate on Slack during regular business hours.

-Native English Speaking
